Refund Policy

1. Refund Period

We offer a 14 calendar days money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for all our plans (Starter, Professional, Agency) and for both plugins (AI SEOclub Optimizer, AutoProductFlow). During this period, you can request a full refund if the product doesn't meet your expectations.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Please include in your message: the email address used for the purchase, the order number or license key, and the reason for the refund request (optional, but appreciated to improve our services).

3. Refund Processing

After receiving your request, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be returned via the same payment method used for the purchase. The actual time for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

4. Additional Credit Packages

Additional AI credit packages (10, 20, 50, 100 credits) are non-refundable once they have been used. If the credits have not yet been used, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the plugin and remaining credits until the end of the paid subscription period. No partial refunds are issued for remaining periods.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent use of our services, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests after extensive credit usage, attempts to obtain refunds after the 14-day period has expired, or violations of our terms and conditions of use.
