• Use on more sites than your license allows
• Share your license key with third parties

2.3. License Duration: The license is valid for 1 year from purchase date, including updates and support.

3.1. Available Packages:

• Starter: €49/year - 80 AI optimizations/month, 1 site
• Professional: €99/year - 200 AI optimizations/month, 3 sites
• Agency: €199/year - 500 AI optimizations/month, 10 sites

3.2. Extra Optimizations: Over monthly limit, charged at €0.05/optimization.

3.3. Payments: Processed securely via Stripe. Invoices are issued automatically.

4.1. 14-Day Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee within the first 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

4.2. Conditions: To request a refund, contact us at office@seoclub.ro with your order number.

4.3. Exclusions: Refunds do not apply to extra optimizations consumed over the monthly limit.

You agree not to use the service for:

• Generating illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
• Spam or black-hat SEO practices
• Attempts to abuse or exploit the system

Violation of these terms may result in license suspension or cancellation without refund.

6.1. The plugins are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific SEO results.

6.2. We are not liable for:

• Data or revenue loss
• Service interruptions due to third parties (hosting, etc.)
• AI-generated content that may be inaccurate

6.3. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

7.1. Data Collected: Email, billing information, activated site URLs.

7.2. Usage: Data is used exclusively for service delivery and support.

7.3. Security: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card data.

7.4. GDPR: We comply with GDPR regulation. You can request data deletion at any time.

8.1. The plugins, code, design, and "SEOclub" brand are our exclusive property.

8.2. Content generated through the plugins is the user's property.
